Parchment Papers:

Parchment paper is a high-quality, durable and completely transparent or slightly matte material. It resembles the feel and appearance of ancient parchment. Thanks to its special processing, it becomes resistant to fat and water, which makes it ideal for culinary applications and conservation work.

Semi-parchment papers:

Semi-parchment, often mistakenly identified with full parchment, is less transparent and has lower grease-resistant properties. However, it still retains some of the properties of parchment paper, including greater strength and partial resistance to water and grease. Semi-parchment is often used as wrapping paper, in baking, and as a packaging material.

Weights:

Available in grammages from 40 to 60 grams, both types of papers offer not only a variety of applications, but also an exceptional level of adaptability to the specific needs of users:

  • 40 grams : The lightest version, which, due to its delicacy, is used primarily for packaging purposes, as paper for wrapping delicate objects or in gastronomy as a base for bread or other dishes.

  • 50 grams : Medium weight is perfect as baking paper, food packaging or as paper for preserving and archiving important documents, due to its better durability and greater resistance.

  • 60 grams : The heaviest available grammage offers additional durability, which makes it suitable for tasks requiring greater protection against external factors. Also used in industry, for example as packaging for industrial products or in art for final design presentations.

Parchment and semi-parchment papers, thanks to their unique combination of physical and aesthetic properties, are a versatile choice for professionals from various industries. Both in the culinary and other sectors where not only the function of the packaging is required, but also the aesthetics and durability of the material.
